Foxrush See the Stars became a new AKC Champion on March 13, 2011, when he was Winners Dog and Best of Breed at Logansport, Indiana, after Major Wins at McCormick Place in February, and also Winners Dog in Detroit, Michigan, Grayslake, Illinois, and Kalamazoo, Michigan.

KNOBBY WILLOW PUPPIES

Knobby Willow Labrador Retrievers is a hobby/show breeder located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, a western suburb of Milwaukee. We only breed occasionally to produce young stock for our show team.

"Duke" (Grand Champion Foxrush See The Stars) was at shows all summer in 2011, but his first litter was born in September, having been produced with his frozen semen used with our great producing female, Knobby Willow Chippers Sunflower. They produced 11 puppies with their first mating. The result of breeding the outstanding English Import, GCH Foxrush See the Stars to our home bred (double bred Borador) female was an exceptional litter of 11 puppies with great uniformity. At least six appear to be Show Quality.

SHOW QUALITY PUPPIES AVAILABLE

As of January 1, 2012, we have Show Quality Puppies AVAILABLE to approved show homes. They are from Duke and Sunflower's first litter that arrived September 10, 2011. So far, one will be showing in California next summer, and one in Illinois. Knobby Willow will be showing males and females from this outstanding litter, also.

2011 EVENTS SUMMARY

On March 13, 2011, Duke became an AKC Champion at the age of 16 months.
On August 26, 2011, Duke became and AKC Grand Champion at the age of 21 months.
On September 10, 2011, Duke became the proud father of 11 Knobby Willow Puppies.
